Frequently Asked Questions

 

Q: How do I wash my headbands?

A: We recommend that you hand wash your headband and lay it out to dry, but all of our headbands are machine washable on cold cycle. Air dry to keep your headbands lasting as longer!

Q: How often do you add new products?

A: We are currently restocking and adding new product to the website 3 times per month. For weekly updates, please follow us on our social media platforms and/or subscribe to our email newsletters.

 

Q: The item I wanted is sold out, do items get restocked?

A: We only restock select items. Subscribe to our newsletter and follow our socials to stay up to date on upcoming product restocks and launches.

 

Q: My order information is incorrect. Can you update this for me? 

A: If you have any issues regarding your order please contact us via email at info.staetru@gmail.com; please allow 24 hours for a response to your email. We ask that you add your order number and name in your email to validate your order information.

 

Q: I forgot to log onto my account before checking out. Can you still give me Tru points? How do I redeem my Tru points?

A: We are not able to manually add any points to your account, you must be logged in to earn/redeem points. Click the rewards button in the bottom right hand corner of our website to sign up and learn how to redeem.

 

Q: My package says it was delivered, but I haven't received it. 

A: Tracking is provided through USPS, therefore if there are any issues with tracking or packages not received, this will need to be handled directly with your USPS office. We do offer shipping protection in addition at checkout.

    

Q: How long will it take to receive my order? 

A: We process and ship orders in the order/time they are received. We begin shipping next business day and ship M-F. Please allow up to 3-4 business days for your order to ship, however we try to always get them out sooner! 

Once your order has shipped, First Class mail is typically delivered in 2-5 business days. Please keep in mind with COVID-19, delays are expected.

  

Q: What is your return/exchange policy?

A: Due to the nature of the products, we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges.

 

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Please email us as soon as possible as we process and ship orders quickly. As long as we have not started processing your order we can cancel for you!

 

Q: What if my product was damaged upon arrival?

A: Each product purchased goes through a series of product inspections to ensure that products are to company standards before shipping. Tru Headbands are not responsible for damage, theft, or lost items due to shipping; however we do offer shipping protection as an addon at checkout through ROUTE.
